We’re building a cast of entertainers alongside our staff, and every night has games, traditions, and crowd interactions.
That’s why we’re looking for a MC / Floor Manager (Creative Producer) — someone who can not only run the room like a host, but also help create the playbook of bits and traditions that make Yonkers Brewing the most entertaining brewery in New York.
The Role: MC / Floor Manager (Creative Producer)
This is a hybrid role combining hospitality leadership, stage presence, and creative production.
As our MC / Floor Manager, you will:
Entertainment & Creative
Host nightly entertainment: Happy Hour games, the “Wheel of Beer,” the 8PM Toast, and other owd traditions.

Collaborate with ownership to brainstorm and develop new recurring bits, games, and show moments.

Train and cue other entertainer staff to deliver their roles consistently.

Work with the media team to ensure moments are filmed, clipped, and repurposed for social media.
Floor Management

Oversee servers, runners, and entertainer staff during your shift.

Act as the energy captain for the night: cueing when to shift from casual service to entertainment.

Handle guest interactions, ensuring everyone feels part of the show.

Partner with the Bar Manager to balance operations and spectacle.
Who You Are

A big personality who thrives in the spotlight (comedy, improv, music, theater, or just natural charisma).

Creative-minded: not just a performer, but a thinker who loves coming up with new games, show concepts, and traditions.

Experienced in hospitality or live events (bar/restaurant management a plus).

Comfortable juggling ops and entertainment.

Strong collaborator who can bring out the best in other performers.

Excited to be on camera and part of our growing media presence.
