The inspiration struck me during my days of making wine with my grandfather, where I found myself intrigued by the artistry and science behind the craft. After years of refining the YBC biz plan, immersing myself in the complexities of craft beer, and working with some of the most innovative minds in the industry, I decided to take the plunge along with my sister and our friend. In 2012, Yonkers Brewing Company was born, nestled in the heart of Yonkers, a vibrant city with a rich history and a community that embraced our vision with open arms.

At Yonkers Brewing Co., we've always believed that craft beer is more than just a beverage; it's an art form that brings people together. Our commitment to innovation, family great beer- and our hometown - can be found in every sip. We wanted our brewery to reflect the spirit of our community and be a hub for creativity, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.
