Job Description: Line Cook (Growth Track)
Location: Yonkers Brewing Co. – Yonkers, NY
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $19-25 hourly rate

Yonkers Brewing Co. is evolving into more than just a brewery — we’re becoming a destination entertainment space where every night feels like a show. Our kitchen is an essential part of that experience: a tight, high-quality menu designed to pair with beer and fuel the energy of the room. We’re looking for a Line Cook who not only wants to execute great food but also grow with us as we scale.
The Role: Line Cook
You’ll work in a small, fast-paced kitchen with a focus on consistency, speed, and simplicity. We want someone who can execute our core menu well and has the drive to step into more responsibility over time.
As our Line Cook, you will:

Prep and cook items to spec (burgers, wings, fries, bar snacks, etc.).

Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

Work efficiently in a high-volume environment during peak hours.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties.

Communicate with FOH staff to keep service smooth.
Growth Opportunity

Learn inventory, ordering, and scheduling from the Bar & Ops Manager.
